The desktop client does not support adding or registering a camera directly. Cameras must first be associated with an account using our mobile app, the ATLI Cam+ app. Once a camera is linked to your account, you can then access it on the desktop.
Here are the two ways to do this:
1. To Access Your Own Camera on Desktop:
If you are the admin (primary user) of the camera, you must first register it to your account on your phone.

With the camera in hand, open the ATLI Cam+ mobile app.

Scan the camera QR code to register the camera under your account.

Once registration is complete, open the ATLI Remote desktop application on your computer and log in with the exact same account credentials. You will then see your camera and be able to control it.
2. To Share Camera Access with Your Team:
If you want to share camera access with a team member so they can use the desktop application:

As the camera admin, open the ATLI Cam+ mobile app.

Use the "Share My Camera" feature to create a group and share access with your team member's ATLI account.

Your team member can then log into the ATLI Remote desktop application using their own account, and they will be able to see and access the camera you have shared with them.
