Remote Support
Allows ATLI technical support teams to access your camera settings for troubleshooting purposes.
- Ensure the camera is plugged in and powered on to maintain the connection.
- Confirm that the camera is connected to Internet.
- Activate the Remote Support in the advanced settings.
Important Note:
- Ensure you are aware of security and privacy implications when enabling remote access. Only allow trusted technical support teams to access your device.
- When the camera powered off, remote support will be automatically disabled.
Time Zone
By manually selecting a time zone, users can ensure accurate time stamping, regardless of their location or the time zone settings of their connected mobile device. The selected time zone will be used for the timestamp displayed on all captured media.
- Navigate to System Settings > Advanced > Time Zone.
- Click on Auto to switch to Manual. This disables automatic time zone synchronization and allows for manual selection.
- Choose the desired time zone from the available options.
- Check and confirm the displayed time in timestamp.
