To control your camera and access files on a computer, you will use our dedicated desktop client, ATLI Desk.

Model Compatibility: This guide applies to the EON (T100), E10,T330 and ATL series cameras. Please note that the ATLI X10 does not support connection via ATLI Desk.

Step 1: Download & Login

  1. Download: Visit our ATLI Download Center to download and install the ATLI Desk software.

  2. Login: Open the application and log in using the same account credentials you created for the ATLI Cam+ mobile app.

Step 2: Choose Your Connection Method

There are two ways to connect your laptop to the camera, depending on your environment.

Method A: Direct Local Access (Fastest for Downloads)

Use this method if you are in the field or in an environment without a standard Wi-Fi network.

  • The Process: Connect your laptop directly to the camera’s built-in Wi-Fi hotspot.

  • How to Connect: 1. Open your laptop’s Wi-Fi settings and select the network matching your camera’s serial number (e.g., aTLi-*********). 2. Password: In the mobile app, go to Camera List > Camera > [...] > Information > Wi-Fi password. 3. In ATLI Desk, the "Local Access" indicator (circle icon) will turn green.

  • Important: Your laptop will lose regular internet access while connected directly to the camera.

Method B: Remote Access (Best for Staying Online)

Use this method if you have a stable office or home Wi-Fi network and want to keep your laptop connected to the internet.

  • The Process: Connect the camera to your local Wi-Fi network via the mobile app.

  • How to Connect: 1. Open the ATLI Cam+ mobile app and connect to your camera. 2. Go to System Settings (Gear Icon) > WLAN and connect the camera to your local Wi-Fi. 3. On your laptop, the "Global" (Remote Access) icon in ATLI Desk will turn green.

  • Benefit: You can access the camera remotely without changing your laptop’s Wi-Fi settings.
