You may encounter the following errors when trying to connect to the camera:
Failed to 'Connect To Camera Wi-Fi'
Cause 1: Camera is turned off/low power.
Diagnostic: Check the status LED to see if it is on or flashing; Confirm whether the camera Wi-Fi (displayed as the camera serial number) can be found in the phone's WLAN list.
Solution: Ensure that the camera is turned on. If the camera is in sleep mode, press the power button to wake up the camera. Or charge the camera.
Cause 2: The distance between the mobile and the camera is too far.
Solution: Bring your phone as close to the camera as possible.
Cause 3: The Wi-Fi antenna is not installed.
Solution: Follow the steps in the manual to properly install the Wi-Fi antenna.
Cause 4: App or camera system error.
Solution: Uninstall and then reinstall the app, restart the camera, and try to connect again.
Failed to 'Communicate via camera Wi-Fi'
Cause 1: The mobile has enabled VPN or ad-blocker.
Solution: Turn off the VPN or ad-blocker.
Cause 2: The distance between the mobile and the camera is too far.
Solution: Bring your phone as close to the camera as possible.
Cause 3: App or camera system error.
Solution: Uninstall and then reinstall the app, restart the camera, and try to connect again.
