FTP Client Examples (FileZilla)

 FileZilla FTP Client Free software is available for Mac, Windows & Linux. Depending on the network configuration, fill in the Host, Username, and Password accordingly as shown in the message when turning on the camera built-in FTP Server. The port number is optional. If it is not entered, the default port 21 will be used. The screen capture shown below is using Local Wi-Fi and the camera IP is 192.168.1.9.  

Step 1. Fill in the IP address, username, and password as shown then hit Quick Connect.

Step 2. Once connected, Photo and video files in the camera appear in the box “Remote Site”. Select file(s) for download. Drop & drag the select files into the Server/Local File box.

Step 3. Hit the Transfer button, files will be transferred to the default “Download Folder”. Files will be transferred to the PC’s Download.

Filezilla supports multiple FTP connections. If you are using Local Wi-Fi and have multiple cameras connected, you can establish FTP connections to all cameras and download files at the same time as shown in the screen captures below.

Hit File and then hit [New tab] to connect to another camera. Fill in [Host], [Username] & [Password] of the new camera.
