FAQs
Q: Why can't I find the IMEI on the "About" page?
A: Please confirm if your camera model supports cellular networks. Only the ATL4500G or other LTE versions have an IMEI number. Standard Wi-Fi versions (such as E10, X10, ATL4500) do not have a cellular module, and therefore do not have an IMEI.
Q: What if my carrier says the IMEI is invalid?
A: Some carriers' databases may not have updated records for specific IoT (Internet of Things) device IMEI ranges. You can try explaining to the carrier that this is a "Data-only Device" or a Tablet/IoT device, and provide them with the list of 4G frequency bands supported by the device for reference.
