Enabling Remote Support authorizes tecnical support to securely access your camera to diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely. This feature allows our technicians to inspect the camera's status, settings, and operation logs in real-time, helping to resolve technical problems more efficiently.
Privacy Assurance: This access is strictly temporary and limited to diagnostic purposes to ensure your data remains secure.
Preparation & Setup
To ensure a smooth remote inspection, please complete the following steps:
-
Provide Continuous Power: Connect the camera to a reliable power source (such as a wall adapter). This prevents the device from unexpectedly powering down during the diagnostic session, which could interrupt the troubleshooting process.
-
Establish a Strong Network Connection: Connect your camera to a local Wi-Fi network that has active internet access. For the most stable connection and to prevent data drops, place the camera in close proximity to your Wi-Fi router.
-
Enable the Feature: Open the ATLI Cam+ app, navigate to System Settings > Advanced > Remote Support to activate.
During Remote Inspection
Once enabled, please notify support team that your camera is online and ready for inspection. Please leave the camera powered on and avoid changing any settings in the app while the technical team is actively working on your device.
For your security, Remote Support is disabled automatically whenever the camera is turned off or rebooted. You will need to manually re-enable it if further assistance is required.
Supported Models: Remote Support is available only on ATLI, E, T, and EP series cameras.
