There are two ways of performing a factory reset, choose the appropriate one based on your specific situation.
When the camera is connected to the app
Open the ATLI Cam app, go to System Settings &gt; Reset to factory defaults.&nbsp;
When the camera is unable to connect to the app
<ol>
<li style="text-align:start;">Disconnect any external power source and remove the battery to make sure the camera is completely turned off.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Turn the Focus Ring counter-clockwise slowly until it cannot go any further.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Remove the micro SD card.</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Connect the camera to an external power source.&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">The camera turns on automatically with the Status LED lights up.</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Wait until the LED blinks green (approximately 30 seconds).&nbsp;</li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Point and hold the camera about 5 to 10 cm away to scan the reset QR code for reset as shown in the end of this document.</li>

Note: When the Status LED blinks red, the scan is completed and the camera will be restored to factory default. The camera is ready when the status LED turns green.&nbsp;
