Help CenterFollow the steps below to sign up for an account to use the ATLI Cam+ app.
Step 1. Download and install the app from your device's app store. (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
Step 2. Open the app and tap the "Sign Up" button.
Step 3. Enther your email address when prompted. Tap "Verify" to receive a verification code sent to your email box.
Step 4. A countdown will apear on the screen, confirming the verification code has been sent sucessfully.
Step 5. Check your email, enter the verification code you recevied back in the app, and then create a secure password to finish setting up your account.
FAQs
Q: I already signed up on the website, but my account doesn't work on the app.
A: Accounts created on the website are part of a different system. You must create a new, separate account directly within the app to log in.
Q: I didn't receive a verification code.
A: Please ensure you tapped the "Verify" button (as shown in Step 3). If you still don't see the code, please check the junk or spam folder in your email inbox.
Q: I don't see the "Verify" button.
A: This can sometimes happen if your phone's system language is set to display text from right to left (such as Arabic or Hebrew). Please try changing your phone's system language to English temporarily to complete the sign-up process.
