Troubleshooting: No Display on Desktop App

1 min. readlast update: 02.25.2026
The reason the camera live view isn't appearing on the laptop yet is due to how it’s currently connected.

If your mobile phone is currently connected to the camera via its own "Direct Wi-Fi" (the camera's hotspot, eg. ATLI-CG3B****), the camera isn't actually on the internet, which is why the desktop app can't find it.

To fix this, please follow these steps:
  • Configure WLAN: Open the ATLI Cam+ app on your phone, go to the System Settings, and look for the WLAN section. Use this to connect the camera to a local Wi-Fi network with Internet access.
  • Log in on Desktop: Once the camera has internet, open the ATLI Desk app on your laptop and log in to your account. The live view should appear on the desktop app.
  •
Essentially, the laptop app needs the camera to be "online" via Wi-Fi or 4G LTE (In the case of using the ATL4500G) to display the image. If you are just using the direct connection between the mobile phone and camera, the laptop will stay blank.
