ATLI Cam+ connects your phone to the camera’s Wi-Fi network to establish a direct connection.
If the connection fails, complete one step at a time. After each step, return to the connection page and tap Try Again.
If the connection succeeds, continue in the app. You do not need to complete the remaining steps.
1. Reduce distance and obstacles
Move your phone closer to the camera and make sure the camera is powered on.
Reduce walls, metal objects, and other obstacles between your phone and the camera.
Return to the connection page and tap Try Again.
2. Check for the camera’s Wi-Fi network
Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and look for a network named ATLI-XXXXXX.
If the network appears, return to the connection page and tap Try Again.
If the network does not appear, continue to Step 6 and reboot the camera.
3. Connect to the camera Wi-Fi manually
Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and select ATLI-XXXXXX.
Enter the camera’s unique Wi-Fi password when prompted.
If you have connected to this camera before, you can find the password in ATLI Cam+:
- Go to the camera list.
- Tap the ••• icon in the upper-right corner of the camera card.
- Tap Information.
- Find the camera’s Wi-Fi password.
If this is the first time you are connecting to the camera, contact service@atlitimelapse.com to obtain the password.
After connecting manually, return to the connection page and tap Try Again.
4. Turn off VPN
A VPN may prevent ATLI Cam+ from communicating with the camera.
Temporarily turn off the VPN.
Return to the connection page and tap Try Again.
5. Reopen ATLI Cam+
Force close ATLI Cam+, then reopen it.
Return to the connection page and tap Try Again.
6. Reboot the camera
If the camera is not currently recording, use the Reboot Pinhole to restart it.
After the camera restarts, reopen ATLI Cam+ and return to the connection page.
Tap Try Again.
