If the physical QR code attached on your camera is damaged and cannot be scanned, you can retrieve a digital version using one of the two methods below:
Method 1: If the camera is already registered to your account

Open the app and go to your Camera List.

Locate the specific camera and tap the three dots (...) in the top right corner of its card.
</li>
<li>
Select QR Code to generate the digital QR code.
</li>
<li>
Save it to your phone's photo album to scan and complete your setup.

Method 2: If the camera has not been registered yet
Please contact our Customer Support team at service@atliview.com and provide your camera's&nbsp;Serial Number (SN). We will generate and send the digital QR code directly to you.
