What size should the images be?

Photo Sequence output enables the camera to save all photos taken in a separate folder. This is required for creating a time slice photo. The photo size may vary from 0.5 to 2MB depending on the target scene, camera settings and lighting condition. 

For memory usage estimation, we recommend using 1MB per photo. Let’s use the same example with shooting interval of 1s for 1 hr, the estimated memory usage for all photos taken is 3600 x 1MB = 3.6GB. This is approximately 20 times more than the corresponding time lapse video. If you want to do some post processing and time slicing, you will need to select and save the photo sequence.
